House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 156
and 169, of Article 24, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title "Ocean
City," and to re-encat the same with annulments.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays
as follows :
AFFIRMATIVE.—Messrs. Speaker, Garrer, Strong,
Wilson, Donaldson, Sappington, of Anne Arundel,
Ireland, Carrico, Maddox, Schlaffer, Collins. Wooters,
Leonard, Anderson, Kirk, Grove, of Cecil, Bowie, of
Prince George's, Hill, Godwin, Franklin, Wilkinson,
Hayman, Gaver, Biggs, Stearns, Deen, Thompson,
Fitzgerald, Brennan, Carter, Field, Bowie, of Balto,
city, O'Conor, Gill, Sams, Frincke, Cornthwaite,
Joyce, Fockler, Griffith, Canby, Barber, Buckey,
Stottlemyer, Haines, Sellman, Berret, Leeds, Laws,

NEGATIVE.—None.
Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
House bill entitled an Act to add a further supple-
ment to the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the December Session, 1840, chapter
215, entitled an Act for cleaning out the Pocomoke
River by means of lattery, and the supplements there-
to, namely: Act passed at the session of 1845, chapter
321 ; Act passed at session of 1846, chapter 361 ; Act
passed at session of 1858, chapter 178 ; Act passed at
session of 1860, chapter 196; Act passed at session of
1862, chapter 110 ; Act passed at session of 1868,
chapter 84 ; Act passed at session of 1878, chapter 436,
providing for the appointment of new Commissioners
and defining their powers and duties.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
