Article 25, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"County Commissioners," so far as the same re ates
to Talbot county, and to repeal section 31, of Article
23, of the Code 'of Public 1 ocal Laws, title "Talbot
County," sub-title "County Commissioners' Compensa-
tion," and to re-enact the last named section with
amendments so as to fix the terms and compensation
of the County Commissioners of said county.
