House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 116 C,
of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "County Treas-
urer," and to repeal and re-enact with amendments
sections 116 B, 115 E, 116 F, 116 G, and 117, of said
Article, and respective sections appear in chapter 137
of the Acts of 1890, and to add to said Article a new
section, to follow immediately after section 117, to be
designated as section 117 A.
