House bill entitled an Act to enable the University
Club of Baltimore to issue bonds for the purchase and
improvement of its club building.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comp-
troller to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay
to the Westminster Water Company thirty-seven dol-
lars and fifty-two cents, being State taxes erroneously
paid the Treasurer of Carroll county and by him paid
into the Treasury of the State of Maryland.
