The same were adopted, and said bill, entitled an
Act to pay W. B. Usilton and others for publishing
the Governor's Proclamation, &c. was read a third
time, as amended, and passed by yeas and nays, as

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Harford county to levy annually a
sum of money tor the relief of Adelia A. Crawley of
said county.
