HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 16th, 1892.
The following Acts of the General Assembly of
of Maryland, originating in the House of Delegates,
were this day, at 1.10 P. M., presented to the Governor
for his approval:
Chapter 115. An Act to prohibit the laying of rail-
way tracks upon certain streets in the city of Balti-
more without the consent of the General Assembly.
Chapter 139. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 44, of .Article 14, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Howard County," sub-title
"County Commissioners and Collectors," and to add
four additional sections thereto.
Chapter 140. An Act to refund taxes paid in error
to Alexander Barnett, administrator of Alexander H.
Barnett, late of Talbot county, deceased, to the
amount of $44 29.
Chapter 144. An Act to amend the charter of the
Woodberry Manufacturing Company.
Chapter 145. An Act to pay William Flaherty
$54.57, money paid by him to the State Treasurer for
license, and to pay William Henry and Mary J.
Beecher $57, and to refund to them a proportionate
part of money paid by them to the State Treasurer for
season's dredging license.
Chapter 151. An Act to repeal sections 388 to 396,
inclusive, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Commis-
sioners of Pharmacy and Practical Chemistry," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

prayer by the Rev. Father Brick.
