House bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified
voters of Election District No. 13, in Frederick county,
to determine by ballot whether spirituous or fer-
menred liquors shall he sold in said district.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating
