House bill entitled an act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Washington county to issue bonds
for building a school house in Hagerstown, in Election
District No. 21, and to levy a sum of money to pay
for same.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

valid a bequest of Nancy Camel, late of Washington
county, deceased, to Manor QCurch, of the Tunker
denomination; also a bequest of Nancy Camel to the
Methodist Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg, of said
county.
