House bill entitled an Act to add a further supple-
men to the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed December Session, 1840, chapter 215, entitled
an Act for cleaning out the Pocomoke river by means
of a latty, and the supplements thereto, namely: "Act
passed at Session, 1845, chapter 321; Act passed at
Session of 1846, chapter 361; Act passed at Session of
1858, chapter 178; Act passed at Session of 1860, chap-
ter 196; Act passed at Session of 1862, chapter 110; Act
passed at Session of 1868, chapter 84; Act passed at
Session of 1878, chapter 436, providing for the ap-
pointment of new commissioners and defining their
powers and duties."
