Article 17, of the C.ode of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Clerks of Courts," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Wills."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 741, 742, 745, 746 and 747,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Bal-
timore," sub-title "Police."
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace for the
First Election District of Cecil county.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 7, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Wicomico and
Worcester Counties," sub-title "Birds and Game,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comp-
troller to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay
to the Westminster Water Company thirty-seven dol-
lars and fifty-two cents, being State taxes erroneously
paid the Treasurer of Carroll county and by him paid
into the Treasury of the State of Maryland.
House bill entitled an Act to regulate the purchase
and sale of certain products in Calvert county, titled
"Huckstering."
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of St. Mary's county to levy upon the
taxable'property of said county a sufficient sum of
money for the erection of a school house for white
children in the Fourth Election District of said county.
House bill entitled an Act to protect brook trout, in
Baltimore county.
House bill entitled an Act to enable the University
Club of Baltimore to issue bonds for the purchase and
improvement of its club building.
Were severally read a second time, and ordered to
be engrossed for a third reading.
