"Elections, Senators and Representatives," and sub-
titled ''United States Senators."
Mr. Berret moved to postpone indefinitely further
consideration of said bill.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for a general
valuation and assessment of property.
On motion of Mr. Field,
The vote was re-considered, by which the following
pioposed amendment, submitted by Mr. Field on the
11th, was postponed until the conclusion of the
second reading of the bill, viz:
