House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 1.3, 14, 15 and 16, of an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its Janu-
ary Session, 1888, chapter 295, entitled art Act to in-
corporate the town of Hampstead, Carroll county.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

section 1 and 2, of the Act of 1874, chapter 282,
Being on its third reading, Mr. Fitzgerald submitted
the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT .PROPOSED.
In section 1, line 9, strike out the words "seventy-
four," and insert the words "ninety-two."
Which was adopted.
