troller and Treasurer of the State of Maryland to audit
the claims of Oscar Ruckle and others for money
erroneously paid to the State of Maryland.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 653 D, of Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Liws, title "City of Baltimore,"
sub-title ''Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," as said
section appears in chapter 343 of the Acts of 1890.
