Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the in-
dexing of the Senate Journal, the bound volumes of
the Senate Printed Bills and Senate Documents in the
office of the Secretary of the Senate.
With recommendation that the same be referred to
the Committee on Ways and Means.

Mr. Stearns, from the Committee on Claims, reported
back to the House without recommendation,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum of
$200 to pay the claim of John C. Boessel.
Also, reported back from same Committee, without
recommendation,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum of
$200 to pay the claim of John C. Boessel.
Also, reported favorably, from same Committee,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claim of Eugene E. Graunau, agent
of the State of Maryland, appointed under authority
of law to serve a requisition upon the Governor of
Ohio in the case of the State of Maryland vs. John
Yeakle.
Mr. Gallagher, from the Committee on Inspections,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 45, of
Article 48, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Inspections, ' sub-title "Tobacco," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
Also, reported favorably, from same Committee,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 2, of chapter 332, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1890, entitled an Act
to regulate the measurement of peas, beans and other
farm 'products.
Which were severally read a second time, and or-
dered engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Joyce, from the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to extend the time dur-
ing which passenger cars may be heated by stoves.
Which was read a second time, and ordered en-
grossed for a third reading.
