House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claim of Eugene E. Graunau, agent
of the State of Maryland, appointed under authority
of law to serve a requisition upon the Governor of
Ohio in the case of the State of Maryland vs. John
Yeakle.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 45, of
Article 48, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Inspections, ' sub-title "Tobacco," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
Also, reported favorably, from same Committee,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 2, of chapter 332, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1890, entitled an Act
to regulate the measurement of peas, beans and other
farm 'products.
