The House considered Unfinished Business, being

directed to appoint additional Engrossing Clerks to
facilitate the work of this House.

The House, at 3.10 P. M., took a recess until 8 P. M.
HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
The following Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland originating in the House of Delegates, were
presented to the Governor for his approval, this 8th
day of March, A. D., 1892, at 1.45 o'clock, P. M.
Chapter 75. An Act to authorize and empower the
Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the
Peace in Election District No. 12, in Frederick,
county.
