At the end of section 112 add the following :
"The provisions of this section to apply to all cases,
including bills of review, bills of interpleader and
supplemental bills."

The committee then rose.
The Speaker resumed the chair.
Mr. Field, as chairman of the Committee of the
Whole House, reported the said bill with the proposed
amendment, with recommendation that it be adopted
and bill, as amended, be passed.
