House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Caroline county to ap-
point an additional constable f or the first district of
said county.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

the Board of Police Commissioners for the city of
Baltimore to purchase or lease ground in the 21st and
22d wards of said city, and to erect theron a suitable
Station House or Station Houses.
