cuit for Baltimore county, to file a criminal infor-
mation and to regulate the proceedings thereunder.

further publication of the Archives of Maryland.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Writing Telegraph Company of Baltimore city, a
corporation heretofore formed in the City of Balti-
more, under the provisions of the general corporation
law of this State.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Also, returned,
House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Elec-
tric Light and Power Company of Baltimore county.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays as follows, with proposed amendments.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 3. And said company shall also have power
from time to time to issue bonds in such amount or
amounts as the directors thereof may deem expedient,
and to secure the payment thereof by mortgage of all
or any part of the property, rights and franchises of
said company.
Sec. 6. Strike out "or that may be used for such
purpose."
Sec. 6. Said company is hereby authorized to enter
into agreements with any passenger railway company
of the city of Baltimore for the making of track con-
nections, at the limits of said city, or within Baltimore
county, with such city railway, and to make agree-
ments with such city railway for the carrying of the
