House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments new section 130, of Article 33, of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ''Elec-
tions," as enacted by the Act of 1890.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 131, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections,"
as enacted by Act of 1890, chapter 538.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize, empower
and direct the County Commissioners of Prince
George's county to purchase from the stockholders of
the District of Columbia and Upper Marlboro Turn-
pike Company, all the property and the rights, privi-
leges and franchises of said corporation, to be used as
one of the public roads of said county.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 145, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Elections," as enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter
538.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to appoint an
additional Constable for the Fourth Election District
of said county.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 239, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Oysters," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to the Code of Public Local Laws, Article 9, title
"Charles County," sub-title "Roads and Bridges."
Which were severally read a second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
BILLS - THIRD READING.
House bill entitled an Act to give the Legislative
assent of the State of Maryland to the provisions of
an Act of Congress, approved August 30th, 1890, and
to apply a portion of the proceeds of the public lands
to the more complete endowment and support of the
colleges for the benefit of agriculture.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
