House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 165
and 166, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title
"Hyattsville," as repealed and re-enacted and amended
by chapter 355, of the Public Local Laws, Session of
1890, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
to add to said title and sub-title a new section pro-
viding for the making of special assessment, to be
known as section 166 A.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 10,
20 and 23, of Article 2, of the Coae of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Alms-
house." and to re enact the same with amendments
said sections 1 and 10.
House bill entitled an Art to repeal section 573. of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Baltimore city," sub title "Jail," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and to re enact
with amendments section 94, of Article 12. of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-
title "Election Districts," and to add a new section
thereto to come in after section 94 and to be known as
"94 A."
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Wash-
ington County," sub-title "County Commissioners,"
to be known as "Section 177 A."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 192, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
County," sub-title • 'Hagerstown," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Montgomery county to
levy a sum of money to refund to Samuel Riggs, of
R., of said county, the amount of taxes paid in error.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 38 of Article 8, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maiyland, title "Cecil
County," sub title "Birds and Game."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 396,
397, 398, 399, 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 497,
408, 409, 410, 411, 412 and 413, of Article 2, of the
