House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint delegates from the several Congressional
Districts of this State to the National Road Congress
or Convention, and to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the personal expenses of said delegates.
Was considered, and,
On motion, informally laid over.
House bill entitled an Act to pay Charles F. Rowe,
late collector of State taxes for Frederick county for
1888 and 1889, a sum of money for State taxes paid by
him into the State Treasury erroneously.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

with amendments section 123 of Article 22, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
County," sub-title "Election Districts."
