On motion of Mr. Smith, of Doichester,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to repeal sections 2, 5, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20,
20 A, 21, 28, 33 and 34, of Article 72, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Oysters," and to re-
enact the same with amendments, and to add certain
new sections to said Article to follow in proper order
the respective sections in order precedence, and to be
designated as "Sections 20 B, 20 C, 20 D, 20 E, 20 F,
20 G, 20 H and 21 A."

Sarah Ann Taylor, of Charles county, to certain real
estate to the vestry of Durham Parish of the Protes-
tant Episcopal Church of said county.
