On motion of Mr. Miles,
The House, at 3.10 P. M., took a recess until
8P.M.
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
February 25th, 1892.
The following Acts of the General Assembly, origi-
nating in the House of Delegates, were presented to
the Governor for his approval, this day, at 10 o' clock,
A.M.:
Chapter 37. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 3, of Article 10, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Attorneys-at-Law and
Attorneys-in-Fact."
Chapter 36. An Act to repeal sections 156 and 159,
of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
titled "Washington County," sub-title "Hagerstown,"
and to re-enact the following in lieu thereof, in amend-
ing and revising the charter of Hagerstown, and in
providing for the government thereof, and to add new
and additional sections to Article 22, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-
title "Hagerstown."
