The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 115,116
and 117, of Article 8, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-title "County Com-
missioners."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Cecil County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 58, of Article 13, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford County," sub-title "County
Commissioners," and to add five additional sections
to said Article 13, relating to the number, term, elec-
tion and compensation of County Commissioners for
said county, to follow said section 58, and to be num-
bered 58 A, 58 B, 58 C, 58 D and 58 E.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Harford County Delegation.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 12, of Article 58, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Inspections,"
sub-title "Tobacco," as repealed and re-enacted by
the Acts of 1890, of chapter 262.
Endorsed : "Reported favorably from Committee
on Inspection, and read a second time, two-thirds of
all the Senators concurring; rules suspended; read the
third time, and passed by yeas and nays,"
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county to make a special
levy of not more than 20 per cent, on each $100 of the
