House bill en+ ed an Act to add an additional
section to Art d 93 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Orphans'
Court," ar to be called section 227 A. authorizing
the Governor to designate and commission one of the
three Judges of the Orphans' Court as Chief Judge,
and to ratify and confirm the Acts of the Governor
in making such designation and issuing such commis-
sions.
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows;
