House bill entitled an Act to divide Crisfield Elec-
tion District, in Somerset county, Maryland, and to
lay out and establish a new election distric.t in said
county, to be known as "Asbury Election District
No. 12."
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
