House bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the County Commissioners of Baltimore
county to contract with the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore for the laying of water mains, and to
erect fire plugs at or near Highlandtown, in said
county.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Commissioners of Baltimore county to appropriate a
sum of money for the purchase of a steam fire engine
for use at and in the vicinity of the villages of High-
landtown and Canton, in said county.
