House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 337, of
Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Cecil County," sub-title "State's Attorney," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to sanction the bequests
to the Reverend E. R. Eschbach, and to the Evangel-
ical Reformed Church of Frederick, by the name of
the Consistory of the Evangelical Reformed Church of
Frederick county, and the consistory of the Evange-
lical Reform Church of Frederick city, contained in
the last will of Joshua Bruner, late of Frederick
county, State of Maryland, deceased.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commis-
sioners of Easton to borrow a sum of money for the
payment of a certain debt due by said commissioners
and heretofore contracted to meet the necessary ex-
penses of the town of Easton, to issue bonds for the
payment of the same, and to levy and collect taxes
for the redemption of said bonds and the payment of
interest thereon.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 16, of Article 7, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-
title "Circuit Court," as amended by chapter 136, of
the Acts of 1890, and to add a sub-section thereto, to
be designated as "Section 16 A," providing for the
drawing of jurors.
House bill entitled an Act to provide for the ap-
pointment of two additional police officers for the
town of Brooklyn and South Baltimore, Anne Arundel
county.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 35, of Article 33, of the Code
of Public General Laws
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 274 to
297, inclusive, of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"" sub-title "Primary
Elections."
House bill entitled an Act ro enlarge the powers of
the County Commissioners of Talbot county, so as to
enable them to issue bonds of the county for an
amount sufficient to raise a sum of money to take up
