House bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the County Commissioners of Talbot county
to direct the sheriff of said county to require all able-
bodied criminals confined in county's jail, to work on
the public reads and the streets of Easton.
Mr. Leonard, from a Select Committee, reported

House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 422, of
the Acts of 1890, relating to fishing in the waters of
Talbot county.

205, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "Washington County," sub-title "Hagers-
town," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
