Ordered, That 125 copies of the rules as amended
be printed by the Public Printer, and that one hun-
dred copies thereof be bound in a manner similar to
the Senate Rules of 1892, at a cost to be fixed by the
Committee on Printing.

Also unfavorably, the following referred to said
committee February 3rd :
Mr. Sams moved to amend rule 22, by adding thereto
the words "but when the previous question is ordered
the mover of the resolution or bill shall have, if he
desires, fifteen minutes to the close the debate.

Mr. Berret, from the Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Emanuel
Yeiser, late Collector of Taxes for the Third District
of Carroll county, the sum of one hundred and nine
38-100 dollars paid erroneously into the Treasury of
the State, iu excess of the amount due by him for the
years 1885, 1886, 1887, 1888 and 1889.
Mr. Carter, from the Committee on Judiciary, re-
ported favo: ably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 165, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Crimes and Punishments," and re enact the
same with amendments.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 3, of Article 10, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title-"Attorney's at Law and
Attorneys in Fact,"
