House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the use of any
vessel in taking or collecting crabs with scoops, scrape
or dredge, in the water of the Great Choptank river.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for the separate
codification of the statute and common law defining
the jurisdiction of Justices of the Peace and the
offences cognizable by said Justices, with the restric-
tive features thereto attached.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 23, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Corporations,"
sub-title "Religious Corporations," by adding four
additional sections thereto to follow 217 thereof, and
to be known as sections 217 A, 217 B, 217 C and 217
D, so as to provide for the incorporation of congrega-
tions of the Roman Catholic Church in conformity
with the discipline and practices of said church.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 26, of
Article 19, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"St. Mary's County," sub title "County Commis-
sioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add new sections thereto, to be designated as
sections 26 A, 26 B and 26 C.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 68, of Article 27, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Drunkenness and Dis-
orderly Conduct."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to enable Edgar W. Mc-
Master, collector of State and county taxes for Wor-
cester county for the years 1886 and 1887, to enforce
the payment of the taxes not heretofore collected by
him.
Also,
House bill bill entitled an Act to refund to Robert
J. Henry, of Worcester county, the sum of seventeen
dollars and 67 cents, taxes paid in error into the State
Treasury.
