Said bill was then returned to the Senate,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact
section 1, of chapter ]()0, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at its December
Session, 1840, relating to the incorporation of Chosen
Friend Lodge of No. 34, of the Order of Independent
Odd Fallows, and to grant additional powers to said
corporation.
Was read a. third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
