Senate bill entitled an Act authorising and direct-
ing the Attorney General to furnish certain infoima-
tion in regard to the property purchased by the
province of Maryland in 1755, and known as Fort
Frederick.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, of the Code of Public General Laws
of the State of Maryland, of Article 34, entitled
" Estrays, Vessels Adrift, Drift Logs," subtitle
"Estrays," and 8 A thereof, as enacted by chapter
252 of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, entitled an Act
to add additional sections to Article 34, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title ''Estrays. Vessels Adrift,
Drift Logs," sub-title "Estrays," to be numbered 8 A,.
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
