pins." as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 528 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Dorchester, Kirk, Bowie, of Prince George's, Hill,
Perrie, Wallen, Hayman, McSherry, Gavet, Sapping-

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 108, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, Article 20, title "Som-
erset County," sub-title "Fences," and tore enact the
same to read as follows :
