Cornthwaite, Joyce, Smith,' of Washington, Fockler,
Shafer, Garrett, Laird, Griffith, Hosken, Sr., Stot-
tlemyer, Haines, Sellman, Leeds Tracey, Haslup,
Ellegood, Laws, Bittinger, Michaels—77.
ORDERS.
Mr. Hill submitted the following order, viz:
Ordered, That the Chairman of the Committee on
Claims be authorized to pay Joseph Parkinson fifteen
dollars and fifty cents ($15.50,) for material furnished
and repairs made to the State House flags.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Claims.
Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, submitted the following
order, viz:
Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay James
Goodman for 21 days services at $2 per day, for at-
tending to heating apparatus in the Annex to Library.
Which was read, and adopted by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Fuld, Fitzgerald, Brennan. Fox, Carter, Field,
O'Conor, Gill, Sams, Sanders, Carr, Cornthwaite,
Fockler, Shafer, Laird, Griffith, Barber, Buckey,
Hosken, Sr., Haines, Tracey—39.
NEGATIVE.—None.
Mr. Sappington, of Anne Arundel, submitted the
following order, viz:
Ordered, That James Goodwin be paid $65 for 21
days service for tending to steam heaters in the State
House Annex.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
