ATION BILL FOR 1893.
Mr. Field, (Chairman on the part of the House), on
the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on
House bill entitled an Act making an appropriation
for the support of the State Government for the fiscal
year ending on the 30th day of September, 1893, sub-
mitted the following
REPORT:
To the Honorable, the House of Delegates :
The undersigned members composing" the Joint
Conference Committee of the Senate and the House of
Delegates upon the disagreeing votes of the two Houses
upon the amendments of the Senate to House Bill No.
241, being the Act providing for the general appro-
priations for State purposes for the year 1893, respect-
fully report:
That after a conference, they have arrived at the
