Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to borrow
money on the credit of the county for the purpose of
repairing, enlarging and re-modeling the Court House
of said county, to issue bonds for the payment of the
same, and to levy taxes on the assessable property of
said county to redeem said bonds and to pay the in-
terest thereon, and to provide for the repairing, en-
enlarging, remodeling and furnishing said Court House.
