House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and
2, of Article 61, of the Code of Public General La-ws,
entitled "Manures and Fertilizers," as amended by
chapter 387, of the laws of 1890, and to re enact the
same with amendments.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 119 C,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Corpora-
tions," sub-title "Insurance Companies," as amended
by the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1890, chapter 254, entitled an Act to prevent Life In-
surance Companies incorporated under the laws of
this or other States or countries and doing business in
the State of Maryland from making or permitting any
distinction or discrimination in favor of individuals of
the same class and equal expectation of life in the
amount of payment of premiums or rate charged for
policies of life endowment insurance, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
