Said bill was then returned to the Senate
House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the granting
of licenses for the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors or lager beer at any place within one-half mile
in every direction from the town of- Brunswick, in
Frederick county, Maryland.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
