Said bill was then returned to the Senate.
Senate bill entitled an Act to give the sanction of
the Legislature to the gifts, devises, charitable and
religious institutions, contained in the last will and
testament of Edward Power, late of Baltimore county,
deceased, and to prevent any failure of the testamen-
tary purposes of the said Edward Power, by reason
of uncertainty or misdescription as to any of the said
beneficiaries.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
