Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money, therein mentioned, to pay the claim of Henry
J. Hebb, late Treasurer of Baltimore county, and
Collector of State and County taxes for the said
county, for over payment on taxes for 1887 to the
State of Maryland,
