Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 55 to
89, both inclusive, of Article 56, of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, title "Licenses," under the respec-
tive sub-titles "Spirituous or Fermented Liquors,
Retailers, Ordinary Keepers, Oyster and Eating
Houses and Penalties," so far as the same apply to
the city of Cumberland, and to regulate the sale of
spirituous and fermented liquors in said city of Cum-
berland and vicinity, and to add fourteen new sections
to Article 1, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Allegany County," under the sub-title "Intoxicating
Liquors."
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
