House bill entitled an Act authorizing the Board of
County Commissioners of Worcester county to appro-
priate the money now in their hands, and such further
sum as may be collected in the year 1892, from the
issuing of tong license in said county, to cutting a
canal connecting the Synapuxent Bay with the Atlantic
Ocean, at a point near Green Run Inlet.
