Senate bill entitled an Act providing that no cor-
poration shall be dissolved by decree of any Court of
this State until all taxes due the State shall be fully
paid or adjusted.

House bill entitled an Act authorizing the Board of
County Commissioners of Worcester county to appro-
priate the money now in their hands, and such further
sum as may be collected in the year 1892, from the
issuing of tong license in said county, to cutting a
canal connecting the Synapuxent Bay with the Atlantic
Ocean, at a point near Green Run Inlet.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows :
