with amendments section 155, of Article 2, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub title "Fish, Crabs and Terrapins," as
enacted by chapter 375, of the Acts of 1890.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county
to grant a pension to John Blackstone, of the seventh
election district of said county.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 3, of chapter 597, passed at

tional jurisdiction upon Justices of the Peace of Bal-
timore county.

the County Commissioners of Montgomery county to
to levy a sum of money to refund to Samuel Riggs, of
R., of said county, the amount of taxes paid in error,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize Sarah J. Hol-
loway, of Wicomico c'ounty, to settle her accounts as
guardian to Minnie F. Holloway, and to pay over all
money due said wards.
