On motion of Mr. Field,
The vote by which House bill (printed No. 242,)
making appropriations for the support of the State
Government for the year 1894 passed, was reconsidered.
The vote by which the House concurred in Senate
amendments to the said bill (printed No. 242,) was
reconsidered.

Mr. Carter submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
April 2d, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
The House of Delegates having refused to concur
in the amendments proposed by the Senate to House
Bills Nos. 241 and 242, (printed,) being the General
Appropriation Bills for 1893 and 1&94, we respectfully
request your Honorable Body to recede from said
amendments and herewith return said bills.

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:

additional Justice of the Peace for the town of
Hurlock, in Dorchester county.
