Order of the Day, being the motion to reconsider the
vote by which
House bill entitled an Act to prohibit book making:
pool selling or gambling on racing or contests or other
events in Baltimore county
Failed for want of a constitutional majority.
Which motion prevailed.
Said bill was then read a third time, and passed by
