Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 2, of Act passed at the
session of 1890, chapter 202, entitled an Act to ap-
proprinte a sum of money to pay for land that may
be required for the extension of the Maryland Peni-
tentiary and for the erection of necessary buildings
thereon.
