Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 2, of Act passed at the
session of 1890, chapter 202, entitled an Act to ap-
proprinte a sum of money to pay for land that may
be required for the extension of the Maryland Peni-
tentiary and for the erection of necessary buildings
thereon.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows :

Anne Arundel, Ireland, Lane, Carrico, Maddox,

Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," under the new sub-title
"Sheriff's Fees," to follow immediately after section
799, and to be designated as "Section 799 A."
