Also, favorably, the following order referred to
said Committee, March 30th, viz:
Ordered, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be
instructed to draw his warrant on the Treasurer in
favor of Joseph Parkinson, for the sum of $15.50 ex-
pended by him for repairing the State House flags.
Which was adopted, and order passed by yeas and

Also, favorably, with proposed amendment,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum
of two hundred dollars to pay the claim of John C.
Boessel.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 5, strike out the word "two" and
insert "one," and in line 8, strike out the word
"present" and add "s" to the word "session," and
add "1890" after the word "of," in line 8, and after
"1890" add the word "and."
Also, amend the title to correspond with section 1.
Which was adopted.
Said bill was then placed on third reading file.
Mr. McSherry, from the Committee on Printing, re-
ported favorably the following order, referred to said
Committee March 22d, viz :
Ordered, That the State Printer print and bind in
paper 1,000 copies of the report of the Labor Statisti-
cian of the State, to be distributed by the Chief of
the Industrial Bureau, cost not to exceed $650.
