AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Amend title by inserting in line 2 thereof, after the
word "Laws," the following : "As enacted by chap-
ter 519, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1890.
Also, amend section 1 by inserting in line 2 thereof,
after the word "Laws," the following: "As enacted by
chapter 519 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1890."
