Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 31, of Article 12, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-
title "County Commissioners," and to add two addi-
tional sections to said Article, to be designated "31A
and 31 B," relating to the election and term of service
of said County Commissioners, and the filling of any
vacancy which may occur in the same.
